Brick by Brick ← back to your bricks
Class 6 · The Kickoff · July 8, 2026

Missed it?
It's all here.

No replay for the kickoff — the room is the room. But every belief, rule, and date from that call lives on this page, plus the parts we didn't get to. Five minutes to read. Then back to your brick.

The one thing:

This week you're allowed to stress about exactly one thing — the homework. Not tech, not Skool, not the perfect plan. One brick a day. We've got everything else.

01

Who's coaching you

We don't just teach this — we do it every day, for our own brand and for some of your favorite people online.

Kasey Brown

Head coach · Founder & CEO

Northwestern (pre-med, until the blood thing) → economics → Goldman Sachs → Accenture Strategy → Stripe, where she helped founders grow their brands. Nearly six years ago she went out on her own.

~$6M generated organically through the personal brand. Zero paid ads in 3 years. An agency that ghostwrites and builds strategy for legends in the space — and a rule since day one: we have to be our own best case study.

Consultant brain80% of her day: content + team10-year game

Coach BP (Bridgett)

Head of Community

LSU undergrad + grad → wrote most of Blue Cross Blue Shield's communications — thousands of hours making necessary things impossible to ignore. That's the exact lens she brings to your story.

4M+ views produced for clients. Former agency-side strategist, now fully yours. Her promise from the kickoff: "I'm going to be in y'all's business — and it's really to help you grow."

Your hype squad3 years all-organicIron sharpens iron
But you are the head coach.

You get a couple of hours a week with us — the other 166 are you and you. We're the assistant coaches: frameworks, feedback, and pushback. The best trainers build people who can fly without them. That's the plan for you in eight weeks — because selfishly, you winning makes us look better.

02

What we believe

You'll hear these over and over. They shape every piece of feedback you'll get for eight weeks.

No. 1

Different beats better

The best don't get rewarded — the most differentiated do. Is Nike the best shoe? We still get better every day, but to win, we get different. (And no — "I help high-achieving women do X" is not different. Inside joke, ask at office hours.)

No. 2

Identity over tactics

Hooks and tactics are the 20%. Who you are, who you serve, and what you deliver is the 80–90%. That's why this week exists.

No. 3

Builders build for decades, not days

Your personal brand is a retirement plan. Daily deposits, compounding returns. If you're not willing to play for 10 years, it's not a game worth entering.

No. 4

Income follows impact

Not woo-woo — a strategy. Build to impact more lives, and income and opportunities flow right alongside it.

No. 5

You can't perfect what you don't produce

Post it with the spelling errors. Post it scared. You only earn the right to improve something after it exists.

No. 6

Trust is earned in drops, lost in buckets

Nothing gimmicky, ever. Reputation takes forever to build and ten seconds to tear down. We're not in a trust recession — real experts are on the up, and buyers are watching longer before they buy. Be worth the wait.

No. 7

Reach → Relationships → Revenue

The model behind everything we do here, in that order. Get seen, get trusted, get paid.

03

The lighthouse

The framing we didn't fully get to on the call — this is the whole game on one screen.

Flashlight
You chase.

Outreach, hustle, referrals. The moment you stop moving, the leads go dark.

Lighthouse
You stand still.

The right ships find you. It works while you sleep. It compounds.

01

Invisible

Where most start

No light. Ships pass in the dark.

02

These 8 weeks

The lamp gets lit. Your ICP sees you.

You're on every map. Ships route through you.

04

The foundation: MIAT

Four bricks, in this order, for a reason. Every day of Identity Week builds one.

M

Monetization

How do we want to make money?

A compass, not an obsession. Direction so everything else makes sense.

I

ICP

Who needs to give us that money?

Two levels ago — you are that person's future.

A

Associations

What comes up when our name does?

Control the sentence, control the room.

T

Transformation

What changes for people who follow us?

No transformation, no following.

+ DIFFERENT — what makes you stand out. Not better. Different.
Why the homework is this intense: this is the exact process our agency runs paying clients through when they onboard — and the same review we run on Kasey's own brand every quarter. It could have been the entire eight weeks. Instead you're doing it in seven days, so the other seven weeks are pure action. Next Wednesday you walk in with every answer built — and we put them all together, live.
05

What you actually get

So you never have to wonder what's included — and so you use all of it.

Wednesday teaching calls

The frameworks that took us 5 years and millions in revenue to learn. Replays in Skool within 48 hours.

Thursday office hours

Your questions answered live — numbers, hot seats, nothing off the table. Those taking action get rewarded.

1:1 coaching callsNew

You + the team on your brand, your numbers, your plan. Details announced soon.

Small-group sessionsNew

Kasey analyzes your group's homework and builds a personalized session + resources just for your group. The more detail you submit, the better yours gets.

Small groups + Slack

Your crew for 8 weeks — accountability, fresh eyes, and the people talking you off the ledge at 11pm.

Skool resource vault

Every framework, template, and recording. Access opens in week 2 — on purpose, so this week stays simple.

Behind-the-scenes access

Watch how we build the cohort, the brand, and the business in real time. Keep your scientist hat on — it's all teachable.

06

The ground rules

High expectations, high support — the safest relationships have both. We didn't get to all of these on the call, so consider this the official list.

01

Calls are 60 minutes.

We respect your time. Start on time, end on time (unless Kasey's yapping — office hours run over).

02

Homework is non-negotiable.

It unlocks your call link weeks 1–4. Skip it and you fall behind. Period.

03

Screenshots start Day 1.

Followers + impressions, today. Trajectory matters more than where you start.

04

Reply in threads.

Keeps Slack clean. Homework talk in threads, not the main channel.

05

Engagement is reciprocity.

You give, you get. We check in on it every few weeks.

06

Cameras on when possible.

We're building relationships, not watching a webinar.

07

Test first, ask second.

Answers are found in the action. More action = better questions.

08

No comparison allowed.

Every win is celebrated equally over here. There's enough for all of us.

09

Share your wins.

It fuels you differently than motivation — and it inspires the rest of us.

10

Don't downplay results.

No "little," no "just," no "only one person." A win is a win.

11

Be a scientist.

Commit to collecting the data. Watch what works and ask why.

12

Inputs over outcomes.

We obsess over what we can control. The outcomes follow.

07

Your rhythm

Same beats every week. Put them on your calendar once and stop thinking about it.

Wednesdays · 1pm ET

Teaching calls

Kasey teaches. Weeks 1–4 your calendar invite is a placeholder — submit your homework and the team DMs you the real link. You earn the room.

Thursdays · 1pm ET

Office hours

You ask, we get into it — numbers, money, hot seats. This week: observe only. Watch how the Arena asks questions. Good questions get good answers.

This Friday · 12:30pm ET

Tech run-through

Slack, Skool, all of it — hand-held. Recorded if you can't make it. Group name videos are due Friday 2pm ET in the community channel. The prizes are going to be good.

Questions everyone asks

Read these before you ask in Slack — your answer is probably here.

I missed the kickoff (or left early). What did I miss?
This page — that's why it exists. The kickoff wasn't recorded, but every belief, rule, and date from it is here. Going forward, weekly calls ARE recorded and land in Skool within 48 hours (access opens week 2).
Where's the Zoom link for Wednesday's call?
You earn it. The calendar invite for weeks 1–4 is a placeholder. Complete 5 of 7 Identity Week bricks and the team DMs you the real link. After that, each week's homework unlocks the next call.
How long should the homework take?
Honestly? You could rush it in minutes. Give it 60 — same hour, same chair, every day. This is the process agency clients pay real money to be run through. The depth you put in is the brand you get out.
What if I miss a day?
Life happens — go back and do yesterday's, no drama. The rule is never miss two in a row. And if your day blows up: shrink it, don't skip it. Paste the AI coach prompt, answer what you can, submit by 11:59. A messy brick on the wall beats a perfect one in your head.
What's the AI coach prompt on each day?
Copy it into Claude or ChatGPT and it interviews you the way Kasey would — one question at a time, no vague answers accepted. At the end it gives you exactly what to submit. Don't skip it; it's where the gold is.
Do I have to post publicly this week?
A couple of the days end in a LinkedIn post — the site tells you exactly which and gives you the structure. Yes, posting counts as the submission on those days. Post it scared; that's the point.
Where does my homework feedback land?
Written coach feedback lands in your private studio channel — not the homework thread. A ✅ means we received it.
I'm new to Slack and a little lost.
You're not alone (shout out Claudena for asking on day one — that's the culture). Come to the tech run-through Friday 12:30pm ET, or tag Kissy or Coach BP in your private studio channel. Slack on desktop AND mobile is the move.
When do I get Skool access?
Week 2, on purpose. This week you're allowed to stress about exactly one thing — the homework. Request access when prompted and the team approves you next week.
What's the deadline timezone?
11:59pm Eastern, every night — wherever you are in the world. Days unlock at midnight Eastern at hellweek.bxbclass.com.
The long game

Show up until
July 8, 2027.

These 8 weeks are the booster rocket — the real goal is a year of consistency. If you can show up for a year, your life will change. It will. The market is watching longer before it buys — Mariah watched for a full year before joining. Somewhere out there is someone watching you right now.

for us to all win."
